I started podcasting in 2008 with a show called Cooking with the Moms. After 297 episodes and literally millions of downloads, I launched Liz’s Healthy Table, a show focused on family nutrition with 110 episodes.
Now that my boys have grown up and flown the coop and I’m a “woman of a certain age,” my interest has shifted to longevity. So I’m kicking off my third podcast, EAT, DRINK, LIVE LONGER.
