Banana, Berry & Watermelon, Smoothie

I love the idea of eating a diet rich in both probiotics and prebiotics. This recipe provides both, and it's so easy, you can make it for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 sliced and frozen ripe banana
  • ½ cup cubed watermelon
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  1. Place the juice, yogurt, banana, watermelon and strawberries in a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve with a paper straw.
