Do you ever experience days, weeks or even months where you’re running in a million different directions and can’t seem to get your head above water? When you’re constantly feeling frenzied and worn out, that can lead to burnout. Burnout is a reality for many people, especially busy women. It is bad for our health, and it can take a huge toll on the quality of our lives. My guest on this week’s podcast is Patricia Bannan, MS, RDN, and she’s here with tips, strategies and recipes for turning burnout into balance.

I love this recipe for Zucchini and Black Bean Chilaquiles Skillet. It’s easy and packed with great nutrition. This recipe is rich in iron, a mineral which carries oxygen throughout your body to keep you feeling your tip-top best.
