I’m a breakfast lover through and through. I can’t imagine starting my day without it. Same goes for coffee, which is why I created this Dip-It-Sip-It Cranberry Orange belVita Breakfast Board.
Disclosure: I created this post as part of a paid partnership with belVita. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
This balanced breakfast is easy to assemble with a mix of plain Greek yogurt, maple syrup and cinnamon; 1 apple; a homemade latte for sipping; and 1 package of belVita Cranberry Orange Breakfast Biscuits – which are great for dipping in coffee. Each pack of belVita Breakfast Biscuits has 4 biscuits. If you find yourself on the move during busy mornings, grab a pack and take it with you. (So convenient, right?) But if time permits, give my board a try. Each package provides 4 hours of nutritious steady energy, 18 grams of whole grains, and B-vitamins and iron – with no high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors or artificial flavors. I’m partial to the Cranberry Orange flavor, but the blueberry flavor is a solid runner-up.
Anyway, back to my love of breakfast … and lattes! I have never (and I mean never!) skipped breakfast. In fact, I just did the math, and over my lifetime, I’ve consumed over 22,000 breakfasts. For me, breakfast looks different depending on the day of the week, whether I’m working from home (which I do more often these days!), or the time of year. A few things are constant though: I always include a whole grain choice, a dairy, and a fruit (or veggie) in the morning.
It suddenly feels like fall here in New England. The leaves are changing color and the air is getting crisper (finally!). This board satisfies my taste for many of the autumn flavors we adore here in the northeast, including maple, cranberry and apple. And this board feels special even though it’s super simple. The Greek yogurt/maple/cinnamon mixture is the perfect dip for the sliced apples, and my frothy homemade latte (made with low-fat milk) is great for sipping…and dipping the biscuits. I’ve always been partial to crunchy textures, but there’s something seriously satisfying about a biscuit that’s been dipped in a cup of hot milky coffee! Kind of makes me feel like a kid again.
LMK if you try this delicious biscuit/apple/Greek yogurt/latte combo.
Sounds very good but, have searched for them without success. Any ideas as to who has them on the shelf.
How about looking on Amazon!
